The Kaseya SIEM and Hudu integration enables organizations to connect a Hudu instance to Kaseya SIEM using a Hudu API key. Once connected, Hudu becomes available as an application within the organization and can be managed from the organization's Applications tab.
Prerequisites
Before configuring the integration, make sure the following requirements are met:

A Hudu account with permission to create API keys

Hudu version 2.32 or later

Administrative access to Kaseya SIEM
NOTE The Hudu API does not use IP Access Control restrictions. No IP allowlisting is required for the integration to function
How to...
To generate the credentials required for the integration, complete the following steps:

In Hudu, navigate to Admin > API Keys.

Click New API Key.
-
Enter a name for the API key.
-
Configure the API key settings as required.
-
Click Create New Key.

Copy and securely store the API key.
The API key is now ready to be used when connecting Hudu to Kaseya SIEM.

In Kaseya SIEM, from the side navigation menu, go to Organizations.

Click Edit Organization represented by the pencil icon for the organization you want to configure.

Click + New Application.
-
Under Customer Apps, locate Hudu and click Connect.

In the Hudu Connection Wizard, enter the Client Domain and the API Token.

Click Finish.
When the connection is successful, Hudu appears under the organization's Applications tab.
To disable the integration, complete the following steps:

From the side navigation menu, go to Organizations.

Click Edit Organization (pencil icon).
-
On the Applications tab, select the Hudu tile.

Select Disconnect Application.
-
Confirm the action.
Kaseya SIEM stops collecting data from the connected Hudu instance.
Troubleshooting
Connection fails
Verify that the correct client domain and API token were entered in the Hudu Connection Wizard.
Unable to create an API key
Verify that the Hudu account has permission to create API keys and that the Hudu deployment is running version 2.32 or later.
